Here are photographs taken on April 10, 2004. It was a Saturday. Almost all the family members went home on that week to remember the first death anniversary of our beloved Manang Ely who gracefully passed away on April 23, 2003. Joe and Roy and their families did'nt make it for that occassion. Just after lunch on that Saturday, after the visitors, composed mostly of our relatives from Diarao and from centro, left, we decided to have a dip, a refreshing dip in the river. Just a refreshing dip and no ceremonies of bathing with warm water with rutang (the ashes of rice stalks) mixed with gin.
